"I like having an ocean view, being to have a private beach and walkable to town. The only negative is a staff whose name is Amparo was very rude and ignored us. She even looked at us and started talking to another staff person. She wouldn't take our order in the snack bar and if she did, she never gave it to us. I had to ask another staff for our order, and he got it, and it was cold. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who got the cold shoulder from her. The fact is we didn't even do anything to her for her to treat us that way. Please let management know about tis staff. "

"This property is at excellent level. Very friendly staff, quality foods, great sceneries, 5ft pools, and more. But you may consider some tips before picking this hotel complex. 1- buildings are located far from lobby/restaurants. so, you will need a (free) cart ride to get there. The wait time for those carts was 15 to 45 minutes, depending on day and time. 2- The beach was not swimmable at this season. There were plenty of sea weeds and floating sands that makes it look nasty. 3- If you're coming through Cozumel's airport, allow more than 2 hours for transportation. Ferry leaves every 30 min. 4- Restaurants only serve dinner. For lunch (and breakfast of course) you may use one of the buffets. All in all, the hotel is located in a very beautiful land and maintains high quality standards for everything they offer."

"A Truly Memorable Stay – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a fantastic time with the family (2 adults and 2 kids – 14 & 9 years old). From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was top-notch — every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The room and hotel facilities were excellent, with everything impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment. The beach is beautiful, and we really appreciated the hotel’s efforts to combat sargassum and keep the shoreline clean and inviting, which allow us to enjoy the ocean every day during our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the dining experience. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding, something you rarely find in an all-inclusive. Each meal felt like a culinary treat, with fresh ingredients, creative menus, and beautiful presentation. You can make reservations in advance for the hotel restaurants via OpenTable, which is a big plus. On the other side, waiting time for breakfast can be a bit long (up to 30 minutes) since there is only one restaurant included in the all-inclusive package. And mosquitoes can get bad at La Laguna restaurant so be prepared if you sit outside. But overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Fully recommended—we’ll definitely be back!"

"We absolutely love the resort. It was beautiful, clean, the restaurants were amazing . The stag was very friendly and we love how there was so much to do. Even though there was a bus we chose to walk everywhere we went. It was great exercise burning off all the food and alcohol we were consuming "

"The ocean view was great from the 6th floor and the room was clean and stocked. Snorkeling right off the property is great and somewhat addicting. The staff is friendly and hard hard working: Alex at the snack bar kept us fed and hydrated and was very available and attentive. Vicky, also at the snack bar has a great personality and treated us well. Rosendo and dinner is very professional and provides top notch service. I can't say enough about the entire staff as they are all very helpful and friendly. Areas for improvement was the pool as it had debri and was not kept clean during the day. The barking pets was something I could do without. "
