"This property is at excellent level. Very friendly staff, quality foods, great sceneries, 5ft pools, and more. But you may consider some tips before picking this hotel complex.
1- buildings are located far from lobby/restaurants. so, you will need a (free) cart ride to get there. The wait time for those carts was 15 to 45 minutes, depending on day and time.
2- The beach was not swimmable at this season. There were plenty of sea weeds and floating sands that makes it look nasty.
3- If you're coming through Cozumel's airport, allow more than 2 hours for transportation. Ferry leaves every 30 min.
4- Restaurants only serve dinner. For lunch (and breakfast of course) you may use one of the buffets.
All in all, the hotel is located in a very beautiful land and maintains high quality standards for everything they offer."
"Loved it! Great immersion with a natural area. Beautiful environment. Lots of vegetation and wildlife. The birds and coatis are very habituated to people. It is important to not feed them or leave any food out for them to grab. Additionally people need to haze(scare) them off. We clapped our shoes or hands together and chased them off multiple times and that is important for the animal’s safety and for human safety. The animals need to be reminded to not get close to people. If you leave food or bags unattended the coatis will steal it. The staff also do a great job of hazing off the coatis/birds when notified. For the birds they also have great deterrents by the restaurants such as alarms and a raptor handler. The seafood restaurant was by far my favorite. The adult cabanas are comfy. The beach area is shaded and plenty of space. No crowds anywhere. Room had a/c and a fan. The power went out once and they fixed it super quick and had no issues. Bats are also very prominent so be cautious when walking and going up the flights of stairs to rooms, also important to make a lot of movement and noise so the bats avoid hitting you on accident. Their dance, circus, and mariachi staff are very talented and did amazing shows! Would definitely come here again! "

"Awesome place to stay. It was my first time in an all inclusive and will definitely be back. The staff everywhere is super friendly. The concierge personnel are extreme helpful with booking your dinners and giving you all the info for the activities happening in the area. Extremely grateful for ours-Derek. Everyone will make sure we had everything we needed. All staff will acknowledge you as you pass by them. We were able to go to 4 different a la carte restaurants, all delicious. Our favorite one was La Cantina, we enjoyed the show they have. Also Casa Alma, next to the beach. The breeze you will feel there, so calming. The bars! WOW! The bartenders will have your next drink ready without you asking for them. Bartender Jorge at La Prana pool 100%. Delicious Drinks! A highly recommended place to go as a couple or as a family with kids since they also have a lot of activities for them and a pool playground. The spa. The hydrotherapy. Everything. Go for several days in order to be able to enjoy everything they have to offer. Don’t miss the shows, every night it’s a different one. And if you have any further question, ask for Erick Medina, extremely helpful with meeting your needs. "
