The place is beautiful and has great food. Beds are a little hard. The staff were not so efficient at the front desk but all the waiters and bartenders were great

The rooms and pool were delightful, clean and comfortable. The lobby did not reflect the quality of the rooms, which were very nice. Similarly, the neighborhood did not seem desirable, but it was walking distance to Quinta Avenida with various shops and greats spots to eat. The service was very friendly. Overall, a nice stopover en route to the airport.

This is a very nice hotel. They have a pool bar and restaurant you can eat all your meals there if you so please. The staff are super nice and the facilities are beautiful. It’s in a great location honestly, if you’re into hotels, this is a fantastic spot in Playa.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. It is very close to the Quinta Avenida and Plaza Las Perlas (pickup point to go to many tours). It is also quiet and full of plants which give it a cozy and appealing design. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great time staying there and would stay again for sure.

Rooms had good air conditioning. Beds and pillows weren't the comfiest but met our needs. Shower drain was somewhat clogged so some draining issues. Overall great experience, we would definitely stay again.
