The receptionist was so rude. Upon check in. He asked for everyone’s id including those who were not staying in the room. Then called us at 10 to figure out when we were leaving which clearly was at check out. He then went and scoped the room when we were still getting ready to leave.

Service was terrible asking for a $200 cash deposit and wasn’t allow to have family or friends over it was noisy construction across the street the beds where spring under the mattress and noisy ever movement

Booked two queens and one bed was a double. After telling the front desk, they insisted it was two queens. I had to get the front desk to come measure it to prove it wasn’t a queen, when clearly it looked smaller. After such, they gave a us a new room.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to sleep in LA it works. No frills, bed was creaky, a little run down overall. Also require a $200 deposit in cash for incidentals. The staff was nice.

Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. There was free parking and we were a 20 minute walk from Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. It’s near a busy street but you’re LA. Overall a good inexpensive option.

A Great Home Base while in the City

All of the Staff are friendly like Family! After 1 stay they remember me and are so kind, as I have gone back 2 more times with another trip planned for next weekend. So convenient to EVERYTHING! Simple in a complex city!!

Good if it’s for one night

Nice room, but very sketchy neighborhood. Make sure you bring your card you used to pay on here when you travel there as they don’t tell you that until you pay at the window to check in. The water also went out, and we couldn’t shower or use the bathroom. Small room that had hairs from previous stays still in the pillows. Overall not a good place, find somewhere better.
