From the website images, we thought it was too small for us. However, we managed and felt it was a great experience. Everything in the room is well designed and enjoyed the cleanness, technology comfort and convenience. The ground floor amenities are so good for everyone especially drinks. I have asked multiple times of getting hot water and every time I felt welcome by the staff. Citizens M is a very well managed hotel that makes the guests comfortable. Will stay here again if we visit L A later.
