The resort could have had more entertainment/ things for guests to do, more restaurants available (with the all inclusive package), a shuttle to the airport that is included, and overall just more for all inclusive guests that doesn’t charge extra.

Smaller property, with mostly quiet surroundings, the water taxi was not running according to schedule, bus transfer between the 4 properties was Ok, but it took almost an hour to get to some of the locations, limited to no entertainment. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were there for the Super Bowl party and it was amazing. I like to give a shout out to Flora, who was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms. To all the staff from the Bellman to the waiter and waitresses and especially the bartenders and cleaning service, great bunch of people there !
