"The hot water came out in white color which cannot be used in room no.1, i think it was the water heater problem since cold water is clear. The Wifi is good as it seems to have indoor antenna. The laundry machine can let people set their own password for picking up the cleaned clothes, it is good."

"Good base for exploring area. Rooms are huge with great views. Kaseki dining in-room was excellent. Large indoor and small outdoor onsen provided variety. Helpful staff given we were probably the only non-Japanese staying there."

"Excellent customer services and onsen facilities. Overall hotel facility would be perfect if the accessibility and connectivity between the Main Building and the South Building could be improved, as there is only one staircase available for connecting these two buildings which is absolutely inconvenient for elderly and wheelchaired people and baby pram."

"Breakfast and dinner buffet was yummy. Loved the sulphur smell of Onsen water and volcanic mud all over the body. Also we were lucky to have seen the traditional taiko performance that’s only on every now and then. Absolutely stunning. There’s also free local sake tasting, a bonus. Lawson just across the road for your convenience."

"This hotel had a spacious room for three people and outstanding guests door and outdoor onsen bathes. I highly recommend this hotel. We plan to stay there on our next trip. "
"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.
The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."
"We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed
That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony "
"It was my first stay at Hotel Kyocera for my visit my home town from USA
Hotel was so clean and wide room compared with hotels in Tokyo and with Onsen is additional credit as an Japanese
Staff was so friendly and felt how good Japanese OMOTENASHI,
Thank you !
"
"Only the staff should be more familiar with options to visit the nearby national park. But the reception is helpful with providing customers with maps.
My only problem is the room price."
"Fantastic service. The checkin was super easy and efficient. The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. I can’t recommend enough and would absolutely stay again because they’re affordable, super kind and close to everything. Thank you"

"Hotel pretty old especially the room’s wall paper and furniture but overall it’s ok for a night stay. Adequate for me and convenient especially there is an on house bath facilities. "
