"Fun, not fancy but Throwback vintage motel, Super quaint, central to everything in kings beach , very walkable, free parking , super close walk to water . Park at your door is so easy and nice to get car packed/unpacked. Definitely could be refreshed but it was fine for us. Beds could be updated too but we slept. No AC , not biggie for us with the provided fan and pleasant temps "

"We really enjoyed the Hyatt Vacation Club. They did try to get us to go listen to a sales pitch. Had to tell them no a couple times. But that was the only negative. I spent every morning eating breakfast and drinking coffee on our balcony. Absolutely amazing. "
