Just needed a place to stay for 1 night prior our departure. The hotel was conveniently located although 1 subway station away from where we wanted to be, but it worked out. Also, we were able to store the luggage on site after check out. The room was good.

Like that the airport limo bus runs right into Oimachi, also appreciate the hotel luggage storage and location right next to station and Ito Yokado store. Many restaurants to enjoy in the area. Onsen is available for 500 yen, it has gotten a lot more crowded and morning opening not until 6:30-8:30 (my only gripes)but otherwise it is a great spa onsen.

The location is good, near by the JR station, food shops nearby too, the down sides are : the water pipes were quite nosy and also u have to push the button for the water pressure, it’s quite tiring if u need to wash and press while having shower. But overall was a good experience!

- 위치 이케부쿠로, 긴자, 우에노같은 주요역들 환승없이 20분정도면 이동가능하여 전혀 불편함이 없었음. - 방 청결하고 냄새안남. 오전 11시전에 청소팻말 붙여놓으면 침구정리와 쓰레기통비우기, 간단한 청소를 해주심. 침구교체는 안해주셨던거같으나 단기숙박이라 상관없었음. 장기숙박자들은 프론트에 문의해보시는게 좋을듯함. 트윈관에 숙박하였는데, 방크기가 매우넉넉하여 큰트렁크 2개를 펼 - 부대시설 호텔 내 4층에 위치한 오후로노사마를 500엔에 이용가능한데, 시설도 넓고 쾌적하여 숙박내내 이용함. 2층의 100엔숍과 코코카라파인에서도 약과 화장품을 구입할 수 있으며 1층에는 패밀리마트를 비롯한 식품코너가 있어 먹거리나 선물용 다과를 사기 유용함. 서비스 - 직원분들도 친절한편이고, 숙박층에 얼음자판기가있어

Excellente première expérience à Tokyo !! Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné, réactif et chaleureux, les locaux (chambres, couloirs, accueil et restaurants) sont TRÈS propres et nettoyés en permanence. Gros point fort sur l'accessibilité (notamment pour les personnes handicapées et familles), les divers services (buanderie, spa) et les commerces d'appoint autour et dans l'hôtel (supermarché, convenience store, restaurants...), sans compter la Ōimachi Station à quelques mètres seulement pour se déplacer dans la ville ! Dans les chambres, le confort est au rendez-vous, avec des équipements optimisés et fonctionnels. Les chambres sont plutôt calmes et isolées du bruit extérieur. Mon amie et moi sommes restées douze nuits et avons adoré notre séjour à Ours Inn Hankyu, nous recommandons vivement ! :)
