Well located, modern hotel with great bar and restaurants aplenty all around it. Rooms are smaller and a little cramped if you have much luggage, but manageable. It’s set up well to receive and store luggage. But doesn’t have a waiting area - this isn’t encouraged, so if you have wait time for transit ( longer period not short waits) then there are not options. Views are stunning.

Had a wonderful stay. We loved the robot butler delivering items to the room and the arcade in the building. The area was really lively and so many good food options- and a 7-11 down the block and very close to the massive Shinjuku train station. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Lastly, hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.
