We had a very nice time staying a few nights at this resort. It was clean and staff friendly. Pool was very nice and even got to see several bears in river alongside of pool deck. It is a dated resort but the room size, cleanliness and location are great plus affordability! We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. We are Westgate fans!

Incredible views, great staff, the bed was comfortable, there were ants in the bathroom, the bathtub was disgusting, I liked the hardwood floors, with all the pillows to choose from, there should have been a variety. Parking was good. The AC was amazing.

The advertisement for the property looked way better than the property itself. All the rooms are in separate buildings and they have outdoor entrances. Not what I was expecting. The breakfast was grab and go with no place in the main looby to eat or enjoy what they did provide. The staff was responsive to requests and super nice.. but there was no daily turndown service and I had to request towels when I got to the room as there was only one set for a room for 2 people staying for 6 days. The walls were paper thin and I could hear "everything" my neighbors were doing. It was a nice place and the room was clean but I would not stay there again.

We had been many times over the years and stayed at River Terrace and loved it. Well this was our anniversary 50th trip and it was so disappointing in every way. They charged me 170.00 for my 10 pound dog which the website said 25.00 a night. We had planned on staying 3 days but couldn’t because of the dirty rooms and property is in terrible condition. We left early ruined our anniversary trip. Never again and Westgate should be ashamed of owning this property.

The room we got had a river/town view and it was great. It has its own balcony with two chairs and small table if you want to sit outside. It has a fireplace, but we didn't need it cause it was hot when we went. It's a nice room with an upstairs bedroom. The location for River Terrace Resort is fantastic. You are within walking distance of pretty much everything in town. We loved it and we would definitely stay here again.
