This hotel had a vintage feel and a fun location. One of the pools were closed for most of our stay, and the remaining pool was way too crowded to enjoy, as was the hot tub.
The staff was working hard trying to re-open the pool but we (my daughter) never got to enjoy it.
They did a nice job with keeping the outdoor areas clean and the outdoor bar was very nice, right in the beach.

Our family of 3 traveled far to get here. We were pleasantly surprised at our room. It was spacious & like a 1 bedroom apartment w a full kitchen. Balcony with a big window overlooks the pool and ocean at a shirt distance. Only problem & a big one was we couldn't enjoy the balcony because theres strong propane gas smell coming from next door. When we talked to the office about it they said its always like that.

We had an issue keeping housekeeping out of our room. We asked them twice not to clean our room until the end of our trip. We came back every day to signs they had been in the room. It wasn’t necessary a trust issue. It was just not wanting someone in our room when we were not there. Other than that everything was great. The bed was comfy. The Kitchenette was nice. And check in was quick and easy.

Location is fantastic and convenient. Right on beach. 2 pools and hot tub. Outdoor bar. Laundry on site but we didnt use it. Plenty of parking across the street. Comfy beds. It has everything uou need though decor could be updated. But we werent in room a ton. Very reasonable price for what you get. Only things id improve are extra blankets in room, frying pan for kitchen (only had pots), and there really should be some sort of sidewalk to cross the street but really cant complain. Well worth what we paid. Walking distance to shopping areas and piers and more. We would definitey stay here again.

We were very impressed with the Flamingo Hotel and tower. The Room was very nice and the Staff all friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. The cost was less than most chain hotels.
Though it is obviously an old hotel, with general wear and tear, everything worked and was very clean.
Both my husband and I remarked all week what a great choice we made staying here !!
