Hotel Risveglio was a great place to start our two week trip to Japan. A highly well decorated hotel, the rooms were spacious and well designed. We particularly enjoyed the bathroom area, which was cleverly designed in a long, narrow space. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided lots of amenities, including a hairbrush and hair dryer, toiletries and a safe for our more valuable items like money. The hotel is situated very close to Akasake-Mitsuke station, which meant it was convenient for travelling to many areas of the city. It is also close to a wide variety of restaurants and convenience stores. I would highly recommend Hotel Risveglio to all travellers.

I booked the room for 3 and it was really spacious for 2 people! There is no Netflix or paid subscription services in this hotel though- so no staying in for the night with a kombini meal with Netflix! Room was a little musky when we arrived but after airing it and buying a deodoriser it was a lot better! Staff was lovely. Great location in Akasaka with so many shops and restaurants around.
