Room was clean, hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was simple and the hotel location was great. However One staff member was very rude when I came back to collect my stored luggage from the luggage room, sitting on his phone watching YouTube with back to the doorway, so I entered to ask about my bag, and was moaned at and told I’m not allowed in the room, then I waited by the doorway and he refused to hand my bag over until I took more steps back, he then basically pushed the suitcase at me and pulled a barrier over the doorway.

My stay at Pod Times Square was very easy and without issue. It was clean and quiet. My only issue was with the floor of the bathroom getting wet because of the length of the shower curtain. However the staff was happy to bring me fresh towels both days since I need to use a bunch to dry floor. I would easily stay again.

This is one of the most affordable hotels in the Times Square area. It was clean, secure and surprisingly quiet. It’s a small roomIt was perfect for my son and I having the bunk beds maximizes the space in the room. Truth is, there’s so much to do in NYC, it was perfect for a nap, a shower and a good nights sleep.
