This place is a must stay from the welcome at the front desk to the warm cookies in the afternoon to help with my father who is an amputee find a shower bench. Such an adorable place to stay. We didn’t care much for the provided soaps and conditioner, everything else in the room was more than comfortable and super clean. The Bavarian Inn was a great basecamp for our time in Custer. We were so close to all the main attractions like Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. The washers and dryers were much needed to refresh in the middle of our road trip. Their housekeeping system was very innovative for folks who didn't want a room refresh! We really appreciated the free laundry and warm cookies delivered to our room. It had 5 star amenities and is perfect for a family vacation to the black hills. Warning, if you order breakfast from the restaurant, the breakfast sandwiches are very large and more than we could eat, perfect for sharing.

The Bavarian Inn is an amazing place to stay. From the friendly welcome, to superb room service, fresh conplimentary cookies, a lovely breakfast at the cafe, free laundry room services, and comfy rooms, everything was wonderful. The Inn is close to Custer State Park with its Wildlife Loop, Crazy Horse as well as Mount Rushmore. The town is very cute, walkable and features amazing restaurants.
