The rooms are tiny for the price. The staff was not helpful whatsoever. The were having a conversation instead of informing us of how to use the elevator (must use key card to select floor) didn’t even acknowledge us. Also had to ask specifically for our breakfast vouchers upon check out, which is good we did otherwise we would have had to pay full price in the cafeteria. Overall 5/10 experience, I’ll never be staying here again.

We stayed during the NFL Draft. We could not check in earlier but was allowed to leave our luggage with the front desk. It wasn’t secure but everything was fine. Valet was super easy and fast. They decorated the lobby for the draft which made it exciting! Very nice touch. The room itself was spacious. Amenities were great. For 1000 plus a night, still wish we got a free breakfast but we knew we could go to the restaurant attached. Never made it there. No complaints at all. Would stay here again.
