Booked a suite for our honeymoon. The room was amazing! On check in the staff made us feel welcome. We were on the 5th floor and the view was beautiful. Temperature in the room was perfect! Rooftop pool and bar made us feel like a total Miami experience and the bar tender took care of everything and was so attentive and made us feel so taken care of! We needed some pictures taken in the lobby to share with family and the staff assisted us and were so wonderful about it! We will definitely stay here again! This was a perfect hotel for our honeymoon adventure! Would definitely recommend.

Had an excellent stay at the Novotel in Brickell. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They even accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out without any hesitation, which made a huge difference for my trip.
The location was perfect, close enough to walk everywhere in Brickell, but far enough from the noise to actually relax and sleep well at night. The pool area and bar were also beautiful and had a great vibe.
The only inconvenience during my stay was one morning at the café when service was unusually slow. However, the next day the manager personally stepped in and made sure everything moved quickly since I was checking out and heading to the airport, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room were super cute and clean. My daughter and I loved the rooftop pool even though we wished it was a little bigger. The breakfast was nice and had several options. There is also a Publix nearby and other stores in walking distance. 10/10 would definitely stay again.
