Considering the price of the hotel, I would give it a 5 star review. However, there are other things to consider. While I wouldn't characterize the area around the hotel as unsafe, I would definitely say it's dirty. Not the hotel's fault, but just an observation. My bedroom window would not close properly, which is a safety concern. It would be very difficult for somebody to break in considering the size of the opening & the fact that I was located on the third floor of the property, but still worth mentioning. I appreciated the effort put into the decor of the place. I stayed during Dia de Los Muertos season, so they had great decorations and altars. The guy at the front desk wasn't the kindest, but can't expect a whole lot considering what I paid.

Small windows to open and NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was VERY hot and no air flow. The night was stifling and nearly wanted to checkout on our first night and go elsewhere. Paid a 200 peso ($12) deposit to borrow a fan. It helped but don’t sleep here if air conditioning is a necessity.

Todo perfecto, la atención de los chicos de recepción siempre fue buena, la comida en el restaurante del hotel rica, lo único malo es que no tienen plancha ni secadora para cabello

En general estuvo bien la estadía, pero estuve dos noches con mi familia y el primer día la habitación estaba bastante sucia, el piso lucía sucio, las camas tenían cabellos en las colchas y almohadas, y las toallas (que no eran suficientes para 4 personas) se veían demasiado usadas (rotitas). Para el segundo día después del servicio de habitación todo se veía mucho mejor, todo lo anterior mencionado se veía muy bien, habitación y baño limpios, las camas también y las toallas ya eran suficientes y se veían mucho mejor.

El servicio fue bueno, el personal fue muy amable y me dio la privacidad que requeria. Pero mi habitscion estaba sucia, llena de pelos el suelo y ni se diga de la colcha que se supone estaba limpia, las sabanas tambien y las opciones de desayuno pagado estaban muy limitadas.
