The room was amazing! Spacious with a full kitchen! Overall the property is aging and needs some TLC but the pools are really great! The infinity pool overlooking the beach is amazing! The shuttle down to the beach is very convenient. The food is ok, not great. Overall we really enjoyed staying here!

Beautiful view from our room, Room was spacious, clean. Not enough lounge chairs around the pool and some were broken. The buffet food was very limited and basic. Good thing we only stayed 2 days. 1 salt shaker on the buffet to share, no pepper. There should have been HOT SAUCE to add some flavour to the food.

Room was clean, slightly out-dated as we had read, but staff was very friendly. Shuttle service was helpful in some cases. The all-inclusive was DEFINITELY worth it and the amenities (mainly the pools) were clean and looked nice.

This was a run-down property that was not accurately described. There are relics of play ground toys from a yester year, an abandoned ice cream shop and a scary looking club that had grass and weeds growing out of it. The food was the same every day probably leftovers from the day before. The drinks were watered down. They kept running out of knives and forks. One set of salt and ketchup for the entire dining area.
Good things about this place: close to the airport, close by wildlife and the infinity pool. This was a glorified 1 star accommodation.

Rooms were cleaned but are outdated. We saw a small roach in the room. Food choices were okay, but more variety would be appreciated. The all-inclusive felt misleading with only one restaurant available. No water bottles in the room, and the shower head was broken.

We were here for only one night. We arrived in the afternoon…our room was not cool at all…figured maybe they had just turned the air on…we went out…came back about 8 pm and realized the air was not working…someone did come to fix it and by the middle of night the room was cool. No hot water in the room. This property has lots of potential it is just quite worn down. The views are amazing! Pools are great! Furniture around pool needs some updating. Food and drinks were ok. Met others at the resort, all very nice which made the experience better…everyone had a similar view of the property. If they would put some money into it it would be an amazing property!
