This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

Mi esposa tenía una reserva de dos noches. El hotel no la registró hasta las 23:00. No había agua en la habitación. Se fue por la mañana. No ha habido respuesta a su solicitud de reembolso. Pésimo hotel. My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.

The hotel didn't have water. The staff was supposed to inform me about it but they didn't. About the water they said there was nothing they could do. That it was MY PROBLEM and the company I booked in with. Person in charge was rude along with the staff. Also Expedia didn't want to help me with the problem.

El cuarto estaba limpio, pero los colchones de las camas estaban inservibles. Afortunadamente Berenice, la srita de la recepcion, muy amablemente acedio a cambiarme la habitacion por una de una sola cama matrimonial cuyo colchon estaba aceptable. Si me volveria a hospedar en este hotel, ya que el personal es muy amable, el hotel esta limpio y bien ubicado y pude conseguir una cama aceptable con television.

Honestamente, al leer todas las reseñas dudé en hospedarme aquí pero por el precio es bastante favorable. En general pues para lo que es, para dormir y punto. Me iban a poner en 3er piso pero el elevador no abría en ese piso entonces tuvieron que ponerme en el segundo. En primer piso parece que está en remodelación, me gusta el estilo vintage pero definitivamente si necesita muchas mejoras este hotel, no hay ventilación, cuando entras al cuarto se percibe un olor extraño y solo puedes abrir la ventana pero no tiene mosquitero, la puerta del baño tenía un hoyo, lo que sí me sorprendió es que el agua de la regadera salía muy bien, sólo que cuidado, el agua caliente tarda en salir pero sale MUY caliente, entonces si le tienes que abrir casi toda la fría para que se nivele la temperatura. Buena ubicación, como dicen, uno obtiene por lo que paga pero creo que este lugar tiene potencial para mejorar.

Llegué a las 11 pm, ya no habia nada de comer, el mini restaurant cierra a las 4 pm, moria de hambre y así me quede:( Lllegó y la hab para empezar 0 era la que aparecía en la confirmación que tengo, era una del año del caldo, alfombra, olía muy mal tuve que pedir un aromatizante, estoy segura que era la alfombra que olía a babas , estaba muy cansada y como pude dormí, al día sig me acerque a recepcion para algun cambio, me ofrecieron esperar a laencargada per estuve fuera todo el día, cuando volví igual no estaba, en la noche lo que me ofrecieron fue pagar extra y estar en la hab que se veía en mi reserva. esta ya no tenía alformba y se veía remodelada, aún así olía a encerrado, pero mucho mejor que la otra, aunque esta vez se atoraba la cortina que da a la calle jaja. No recomiendo el hotel sinceramente, el internet super inestable, no han shampoo, sólo jaboncitos, lo bueno es que está al lado de un bodega aurrera y tiene buena ubicación, pero creo que por que pagué se puede conseguir algo mucho mejor.

El baño no tenia tapa. La alfombra de los cuartos es demasiado vieja y sucia. No daban ganas de quitarse los zapatos. Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Para un día no están terrible pero más días no lo recomendaría.
