I enjoyed my stay. Really enjoyed how clean and neat the location looks. It was comfortable, the only thing is that it’s kinda far from downtown, which is where all things go down, but the travel Is worth it bc after a long day of touristing, I enjoyed my rest. *only thing I disliked was the light shift employee. Her name is Alma. Other than that. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The place was clean and beds are comfy. Michelle, the front desk lady in the day time was friendly and considerate. Always super helpful and ready to resolve any issues. The night shift lady, Alma, was rude and seemed like she did not want to be botehred. Besides that, we have enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

10 Years in a row staying at VILLAS PANAMA (twice a year sometimes) I've never had an issue of any kind. It is a safe, clean and lovely place because of the management but in great part because of the staff with whom over the years I've become friends. Thank you for my morning coffee Doña!!! it really makes my morning complete. One thing about noise, if you visit remember that you are in MEXICO CITY not out in the woods, expect city noise which I actually love! I sleep with the window open to be awaken by the urban roar of that lovely "esquina" Thank's again see you next year, perhaps a bit earlier.

La llegada al hotel, la recepción y la habitación estuvieron muy bien para lo esperado. Sin embargo, el único conflicto que tuvimos fue con la televisión. En recepción, al solicitar un control, nos informaron que la de nuestra habitación (401, Suit Premium) era Smart TV, pero en realidad sólo era una pantalla grande sin conexión Wi-Fi. Intentamos colocarle una USB con películas que nosotros traíamos pero la televisión no tenía la capacidad para leer esos archivos, por lo que nos tuvimos que conformar con los canales que tenía disponibles de manera digital. Es un punto un poco desfavorable ya que nuestra intención era ver el contenido que nosotros queríamos, y sugeriríamos conseguir pantallas más actualizadas o sistemas Roku para actualizar las televisiones.
