Room faced the Village even though people are loud it was still awesome. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel or visit the roof top bar so that will be next stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Staff were very helpful and nice! We received two vouchers for a complimentary margarita as well as coupon books to use on the island. The hotel is very conveniently located. We stayed on the river side and it was beautiful. While we did have a slight hiccup regarding the lack of elevators for those with mobility limitations, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally when we made the staff aware. We were able to be moved to a room closer to the elevator. Rooms were clean and the custodians were very kind when we needed extra towels, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Pigeon Forge!
