Been staying at this hotel over the years. The only complaint relates to the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. They are incredibly noisy and very loud!
The rooms need more electrical outlets and definitely need charging outlets.

The manager, Juan, deserves a HUGE raise. He turned this property from a bland Motel 6, into a true Palm Springs resort. We’ve stayed here many times, because we travel with our cat, and it’s a different property under his leadership. This has become a totally different place because of Juan.

The room was large and had both a fridge and microwave. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Juan, is VERY accommodating. He even allowed us to stay in an upgraded room even though the room I booked for an extension was the next grade down (no microwave).
