Gebuchte Zimmerkategorie war nicht verfügbar. Angewiesenes Zimmer sei leise, war aber direkt zur lauten Hauptstraße. Widerwilliger Zimmerwechsel ohne jegliche Unterstützung (Kontrolle ob ich die Toilette benutzt hatte !) Beim Check-out wurde mir weder die gewünschte Rechnung mit Firmenrechnung noch irgendeine Rechnung ausgehändigt. Wunsch den Hoteldirektor zu sprechen wurde abgelehnt. Alles in allem sehr unfreundliches Personal. Es gibt deutlich bessere Hotels in Mexico City zu diesem Preis (80€ pro Nacht). Gehen Sie woanders hin.
