This is a wonderful property! The location is perfect: close to both ADO stations, very walkable to many restaurants, the beach and the main square. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, friendly and TRUSTWORTHY!!! You have a very honest and welcoming staff. The pool is perfect, the rooms were very clean and the grounds were beautiful! We will definitely be back! We loved this property! The architecture is beautiful, the colors amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable, great linens and towels, plenty of hot water, even a bidet! It was great to have a refrigerator for leftovers, too! Completely walkable and convenient to everything! Thank you for the wonderful stay! ❤️

A lovely colorful hotel with great amenities, pool and amidst a lush jungle. I enjoyed my stay at Casa de las Flores very much. I had a spacious room, that was cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was friendly and very helpful. I also enjoyed interacting with the cute hotel cat. The proximity to the main street, city center and the beach make it the ideal stay in Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back again.

place is exceptional. Very noisy; you can hear everything outside, and people have full conversations in the common areas at 4am etc. Jesus is the key to this place; he is exceptional. Was VIP expedia hotel but no wine was presented as listed. Most hotels that are Expedia Vip hotels don’t even know they are. Other than that - a ton of people in and out/ more so than any other place i stayed at. Would come back. ideal location

Had issue with batbroom smelling and staff took care of it right away. Would stay here again esp given price and location.
