This was a great hotel! The room was cozy and it was cool that our balcony overlooked the river, so we could sit there and enjoy nature! The staff were extremely helpful! The pool with the waterfall fairview looked amazing but we did not have the chance to use it since we were exploring and didn't have a lot of time. The breakfast was pretty good. There were foods that you would find in a continental breakfast butthey also had waffle makers, eggs, sausage patties, and biscuits and gravy! The location was not in the center of everything but it was a short tram ride and it made for a quiet and relaxing environment!

Unfortunately, the carpeting in the room was very old and dirty. There were a number of dead bugs squished on the walls. The bathroom was clean, but definitely needed remodeling. The mattress felt was quite old and uncomfortable. They had a nice balcony view of the river, however, you had to prop open the door in order to get back into the room, which then let bugs in. On the bright side, they give you a welcome bag which had bottled water some apples and some candy. The location was good right on the trolley line.
