Good cheap stay for young families, property definitely needs some upkeep though our elevator was broken 2/3 of the time which made being on the 6th floor with two kids in a stroller rather challenging. Also pavers near pool were sunken in and wobbled, hopefully it gets the maintenance needed it’s a nice property with fun amenities rooms are clean and sooo spacious, close enough to Disney like 20 min drive.

Awesome accommodations and resort for families. Lots of activities, spacious rooms (we had a 3 bed/3 bath). We were there with a 3 year old. My only advice to new guests is to bring your own coffee pods and creamer/sugar. They do not supply them, but you can purchase for $2 per pod. I also suggest renting a car as the shuttle service is only once/day to and from Disney. There is no shuttle to/from airport. Overall, one of the best places we have ever stayed. The screened in balcony was nice and safe for children. See you again next year!!

Great place with multiple pools of multiple depths also had water-park .. amenities were nice ..Alfresco market had some nice options for a pinch if needed ... had to pay to park for the week wasn't too much but just be aware of that fee. However we were able to park right next to our room door so made the cost more bearable.

Need clean utensils, bedding, need new everything, towels need new, hallways had trash in every area in k building. Food was not good at all and no coffee in room had to buy a k cup. However, for that price at least one k cup a day should be provided. I like the parking garage, pool area was good just some areas slippery. The size and layout of the room was great the decor nice. May need a few more housekeepers to help with cleaning what was missed.

We enjoyed our stay , I feel like it was a little bit dirty in the rooms, and the cleaning services were always booked to clean the rooms, everything else was nice. Another thing we didn’t like that the arcades close super early because when it’s bad weather outside and all kids didn’t have nothing to do at night.
