The staff right off the bat, very nice & welcoming. Rooms & bathrooms were very clean & well stocked. Very convenient for out of town travelers, right in the middle of pretty much everything you would want to see. Very good restaurants & shopping surround the area. Would stay again.

Overall, we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. Great location, close to cafes and 2 metro stations. The amenities are also well maintained, and check-in was very quick.
Negative points: I believe they could replace the air conditioning/heater with a newer one, the shower isn't very strong but it works well.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful! There isn't much of a lobby, but the Hole in the Wall restaurant on the other side was nice. Food was great, but so much I couldn't eat it all. Room was quiet and roomy. Nice bathroom with a fan that actually filtered the steam out. For the location, it was a great deal.
