Great hotel! I loved the beach club, it was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Tulum Beach, you can walk to the restaurants, bars and other spots and don’t have to spend money on cab.

The staff was incredible! The room was great too, but did smell a little bit throughout the day.
The seal on the tub needed new calk, so it did leak a little.
Third floor guests I would recommend being eye masks for the light to creep in above the doors.
Would 100% stat again.

We had a pleasant stay at Mia Tulum Resort. The room was comfortable but the lights were not enough. Also, I felt that the breakfast options were quite limited. The staffs were helpful.

The room we had was incredible, amazing views, privacy, we were blown away. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no fridge. So we couldn’t keep our water bottles cold. We also tried to take showers around 11:30pm and no water came out, it just had no water pressure. So we tried in the morning and it worked. Breakfast was great.

We took the partial view room which was really good for the view however the property is in dire need of maintenance with rusted plumbing in the bathroom. The rooms are super spacious and great to hang out. Would definitely visit the place again when in Tulum because of the view & the location

Wonderful and beautiful hotel, the rooms are very big, with balcony, there is a pool and they close it very late! So it’s very cool after a day of activities you can come back to enjoy the pool, the restaurant amazing! Juan is very nice and took a very good care of us, overall it’s a great place to stay at Tulum I would come back!
