great location

Very comfortable room, nicely decorated and very homey. Breakfast of course was the star of the show! From the best homemade jam, "on the planet" to some of the best waffles I have had. I thought sharing a bathroom would be an issue but it was not. Great location to restaurants, bars, etc.

Cute old house with flair

Liked the old charm of the house, shared bathrooms were clean and available, breakfast was amazing. Good people.

The breakfast was delicious. The waffles were light with a drizzle of pureed berries. Self check-in was easy. The location was perfect with easy access to the river walk and to downtown. Highly recommend.

The hotel is lovely and very well located for touring around Bend. Having free, convenient parking was a bonus. We had a room with shared bathroom and we were nervous at first. There were two very large, clean, well-appointed bathrooms and only had to wait one time to use one. The breakfast was phenomenal! The waffles were some of the best I’ve ever had! The food was high quality, fresh, and abundant and the service was top-notch. We’d return just for the breakfast! The weather was a bit chilly to enjoy the outdoor space but it was very nice and welcoming.

Great spot! Breakfast was amazing. Bed was comfy. Does face the street, so would bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Would stay again!

I have stayed at Mill Inn many times and always find it an excellent place for easy walking access to downtown Bend. The morning breakfast is homemade and top-notch. Highly recommend to any travelers!

6/10 Good

Shared bathrooms were a surprise.

Hotels .com was deceptive about the shared bathrooms. If you want good reviews you need to be honest in your descriptions.

8/10 Very good

This was a wonderful little place to stay while in Bend. The location was very good--lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. We knew we booked a room without a bathroom (there are some that have their own) and that we'd have to share, which wasn't a big deal, but when the hotel was full we did have a time or two when we had to wait. The bathroom was very nice, though. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the rooms are small, even for two people. The temperature was a bit warm overnight, too. We did not ask for it to be turned down as we were sharing the space with other guests and felt awkward doing so. The breakfasts were outstanding and the service was exceptional; they were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. There was a nice community fridge to keep a few drinks or other cooler items as well. Overall, we'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quality bed & breakfast.

I love this place so much! It was cute and quirky, clean and comfortable, and very unique. My room was small but very comfortable. I didn’t mind the bathroom down the hall. I enjoyed the fun decor. Breakfast was to die for, absolutely delicious. There were two types of frittata’s, as well as waffles, fruit, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, and many more things. The looseleaf tea selection was amazing. would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cute...but....

Room was very cute. But TINY. Couldn't get around the bed with 2 suitcases. Mattress lacked any support. No TV in room. AND NO BATHROOM IN ROOM. There's a bathroom down the hall you get to share with strangers. We had a nice dinner planned and my wife had a difficult time getting ready for our date in a shared bathroom. I would not have booked had this been made clear.
