This property was fantastic and just a great vibe. We loved the location and the accessibility to all of the restaurants/cultural areas/shopping. Sergio the property manager was amazing. This is a small luxury hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It's a giga city. Gabriela & all the staff there were incredible & made my stay hugely memorable.. it was my first time in Mexico & I don't speak Spanish. I got to see a lot of the highlights of this gorgeous place over a 4-day stay. Everyone was cooperative, cordial & did their best. Breakfast was included in my room category which was a feast.

Our Wonderful Honeymoon!!

From check-in to check-out, our stay at the BrickHotel was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness was unmatched, the service in both Spanish and English was wonderful, and the amenities were terrific!! We came on our honeymoon and were treated to a few special extras throughout our four-night stay. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Brick hotel for everything!!

Disappointingly sub-par for the price

We stayed in the most expensive room having upgraded upon check in as a last minute treat for us and also as the original room we had booked turns out had no window and felt like a lux prison cell. The room and bathroom were lovely, but felt small for a ‘$700’ room. The bathroom however had leaky taps which were loose and leaked water all over the floor and the bathtub plug didn’t work. How disappointing.

there is very noise and I cannot sleep all 4 night. First night there was event party and sound didn’t turn down by midnight. The others too noisy at corridor all late night. If you want to take a rest in hotel room, please avoid. It was worst terrible hotel I ever stayed.

The Brick hotel is located on great tree-lined street with excellent shopping, restaurants and bars. The hotel was itself was perfection. Our bathroom exhaust fan had an issue but the handyman came late at night to fix it quickly. I will definitely come back and stay at The Brick and recommend to anyone going to visit.
