You get what you pay for. I stayed here with my sister for seven nights and it was perfect for the price and what we needed. It is located in a good area close to 5th avenue. Parking was free and secure. Our room was clean. There are very few amenities. Only hand soap is provided. The rooms are older, but the pictures match the current state of the hotel. Again this is not fancy or luxurious at all, but the price and location it was perfect for my vacation

The hotel is under new management I had stayed at it before and it was a disaster. this time, everything had changed. The wifi worked, and the staff was helpful and friendly. It all went well from my check-in with a young lady named Lorena. She was welcoming and understood my reluctance, but was reassuring, and she was right. I would stay again

A picture is worth a thousand words so here’s a few thousand words in pictures! Nothing is perfect and I can live with some imperfections, but this place is criminal. My first impression was the pool. As you can see in the photos it was dirty and I wouldn’t put my foot inside. Then I headed to the room where there is a giant and dangerous hole right outside of the door. It looks like the ground is sinking. Inside of the room there was mold on the walls, ceiling, and on the mattress. I always check the mattresses for bed bugs and such, but what I found was black mold all over the mattress. The smell of mold was apparent in the room. I think the problem is that the mattress sits on a cement block and has no way to breathe; this is a problem in humid climates. I told the employee at the front desk about this and he said they would move me if they could, but they were sold out. I asked if he could guarantee that the other rooms didn’t have mold and he said he could not. The employee asked me to send him the pictures I showed him on my phone of the mold and I did. I thought this was odd because he could just walk into the room and take all of the photos he wanted. I suggested to him that he should go take a look for himself. I told him I was leaving and asked for a refund. The employee told me that he couldn’t do anything, but he would speak to management and get back to me. It’s been several weeks and I still have not heard back.

Terrible experiencia! No hubo luz en el hotel por 3 dias, no nos reubicaron en otro hotel, y lo peor ; no habia lámparas de emergencia , ni planta de luz. Hace reserva para 4 habitaciones, 3 de los huéspedes de la tercera edad, y al staff del hotel poco le importo que mi papá no pueda caminar . Pido un reembolso por esa terrible experiencia, mis vacaciones se estropearon . No entoendo como no revisan las propiedades con las que hacen convenios . Pido un reembolso por los motivos expresados

Muy buena relacion calidad-precio. El hotel es muy centrico. Nuestra habitacion era amplia con todo lo necesario para desayunar o hacer una pequeña comida, la cama y las almohadas son comodas, no entra luz y es silencioso para la zona de Playa donde esta situado. Cuenta con parking cerrado. Volveremos.

En la foto de expedia del hotel decia que tenía cocineta y vemos en la misma que hay microondas y cafetera cosas que no habían en nuestra habitación, fué una lastima porque por eso tomamos el hotel en lugar de un Airbnb. El hotel es viejo y en la entrada de las habitaciones hay piso que se está cayendo y es peligroso caminar por ahi. Por lo demas fué un excelente servicio.

En sí el hotel está muy agusto, accesible y con buena ubicación. Lo único malo en la habitación es que sale muy poquita agua caliente de las regaderas y nos tomaron una feria (dinero) que dejamos en un mueble a lado de la cama, suponemos que pensaron que era propina pero se nos hizo mal que lo tomaron cuando en otro mueble hay un sobre especial para meter la propina
