The hosts have thought of everything. We were in what is called a basic cabin, (we had #11) however, it is anything but basic! The queen bed is super comfortable with wonderful linens. There is room on both sides of the bed, with one side having a nightstand and the other a small table and two chairs. Their use of shelving and a bench helped provide places for towels, washcloths, coffee maker, a microwave, freezer/refrigerator, TV, videos, toaster, etc.... It may be a small space, but it was mighty in what it had to offer. The chairs on the front porch were a perfect place to start the day while drinking hot tea and taking in the fresh mountain air. Please note that the bathrooms are unattached shared spaces - all four of them have a sink, shower and toilet with a private door you can lock. They also have three units (I believe) with bathrooms in them in their lodge area. The hosts are very kind and will answer any questions you may have and do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. Their cabins are a short distance from Deadwood and right off of 385 so easy to get on the road to travel through the beautiful Black Hills. Thank you for providing this space!

The cabin was small but we had everything we needed & the bathhouses were very clean. Our dog was allowed in the cabin which we loved. They had free firewood, firepit, grill & patio chairs. They provided towels & if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. The managers came over & met us & they let us look in some of the empty cabins for the next trip out. It was a very enjoyable trip!

I really enjoyed this stay. It is the first time I have stayed in a cabin without a bathroom, but they were located nearby, so it was not a problem. Very clean too. They thought of everything when outfitting these cabins, were so friendly, and that was so appreciated. There were grills and chairs on the front porches and the cabins included cooking utensils (paper plates, steak knives, foil, baggies, cups, plastic forks/knives/spoons, coffee pot, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, paper towels). They were pet-friendly and almost all of the people staying there had dogs. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely stay here again.

The cabin was adrorabe! It was very clean, cozy, and quiet. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and a toaster. The bathrooms were updated, well maintained, and clean. Located just a few miles from downtown Deadwoid. A gas station/convienence store is about 1/4 mile away. ATV rentals were next to the gas station. I would definately stay here again!
