The house keepers are great. The room was ok. The reason for the negative review all has to do with the rude nasty lady working the front desk. If you removed her, you hotel would have a lot better reviews. No customer service, not polite or even professional...

Staff by the name of Neel is absolutely awesome with guest service there at dominion Inn as well as the older woman that works there at the front desk I forgot her name but those two are always aiming to please and make sure you get the service and the room you asked for thank you staff you are appreciated

I keep coming back.

I have stayed here many times now and I keep coming back because for the price I don't think you can get better in the area. It's a affordable hotel, so often you're going to have noisy neighbors that you will hear, especially if you are put in a connecting room. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms aren't comparable to the Ritz by any means but the ladies that clean do a good job for the amount of rooms they have to turnover every day.

It’s very affordable and I apologize for leaving a review when I was angry. The rules are the rules and if there is ever another time. I will check out then check back in. The check-in process was satisfactory, thanks to the polite gentleman who assisted me. However, the hotel did not match the online description. It is an older facility, and I believe the pricing should be lower, as it does not reflect the value provided. Additionally, there is no breakfast included. The elevator was quite unsettling, making a lot of noise during operation. Overall, this hotel appears to need better management to enhance its appeal, especially considering its good location for business.

Tv doesn't work. It will turn on and the volume works but the channels wont change and the staff told me there is nothing wrong with it! The hotel is not clean whatsoever but for the price i guess im out of the rain for the evening. Definitely find something else if you have the funds to do so because its very true "you get what you pay for"
