Sandy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She even allowed me to use her phone charging cord as a brought the wrong one! Lots of breakfast choices. Room was clean and comfy with nice beds and pillows. Very spacious as well. Nice view of the Indianapolis Zoo. We parked the public lot across the street. It was easy in and out. Weight room had top of the line exercise equipment. Starbucks onsite with plenty of room to visit with friends, play cards or do a puzzle.

We had a room on the 15th floor with a view of the city. My daughter loved that. It’s right across the street from the canal walk. We were able to rent e-bikes and bike around the canal which was awesome. Parking is $35 and the free breakfast was good. The only negative is that it was very slippery walking into the entrance of the hotel. I don’t know if it was oil or water or what but it worried me that someone would slip and fall. Otherwise, we would stay again!
