Our room and the hotel was very clean. Kara at the front desk was awesome. She was so polite and accommodating. She should get a raise. The hot tub was not as hot as i would have preferred it to be so we only used it once. The towels in our room were thin and scratchy. Other than the hot tub and towels, we really found nothing we were disappointed with. Great hotel!
