Well I accidentally booked the wrong date and I was told it was canceled and I’m having trouble getting a refund. The rooms need to be updated and the bathroom counter looks like a beaver ate it!

I called ahead to make sure pool would be open. They decided to clean the pool on a Saturday when the hotel is almost fully booked. Wouldn't have booked with them if I knew pool wouldn't be open
