Food was not good for the cost of the stay. Typical Mexican food. Rib eye was a quarter inch thick. They say all inclusive but then you have to pay for sake, oysters, lobster, and other things. From time of arrival, to leaving this property the property itself and the staff met and exceeded all of our expectations. Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! The weather was trying to act out on our departure date, and everyone at the resort stayed in communication with us and went to great lengths to ensure we made it to the mainland to make our early flight. From Raul and the wait staff near the beach and pool, to Eduardo at the coffee shop, to the excellent house cleaning staff, to the customer service relations manager, and butlers David and Angel-we were greatly taken care of. This resort gets zero complaints from us. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thank you dearly and keep up the amazing work.
