Dirty rooms

Second time I stay here, and cleanliness of the room has been an issue both times. This time it was worse. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival (hair on the floor, trash in a trashcan) and the available room to switch had a dirty toilet. I preferred to stay in the original room to discover later that the coffee machine had not been cleaned, the coffee cup was dirty, and the water in the shower didn't drain. Even when all the staff was very nice, it was a disappointing experience because of how dirty the rooms were.

This is the place to stay if your in Mexico City, all staff treat you very well. Amazing breakfast each morning, waiters Aurora and Jesus are the best. The higher up your room the less noise you hear from the city. You have many walkable places near by from shopping to dining. You can catch the city bus right in front of the hotel, which is one of the fastest transportation methods in the city. If I were to return to CDMX I would definitely stay here again.
