We were looking for a place to stay for two nights while visiting, and when we arrived to some sort of Social Worker behavioral intervention in the lobby, we should have cancelled our room immediately.
The staff were nice checking us in.
As we got to our floor, we were met with a smell of smoke and urine. As we walked to our room down the hallway, we passed 2 rooms with active domestic disputes and 1 room with a child screaming. These noises were consistent through our stay. Our neighbors seemed to have high traffic, and we got to hear their door open and close about 100 times in the first 12 hours, then the party started around 2 am and it seemed our neighbors were having a very good time.
We checked out after one night of misery, and after several attempts, we were finally issued a refund for the second night.
