We will absolutely stay here again! It’s a beautiful hidden oasis when you enter! I thought it might be noise upon arriving and seeing the location was centered in town..but once you enter the hotel, it’s as quiet and serene as could be! This was a perfectly convenient area in the heart of Playa - right next to all the popular shopping and dining areas. While the area can go on all night, inside the hotel is very serene, private, and super relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the pool was very relaxing, we did the hydrotherapy, and the buffet breakfast that comes with it (from the attached Brazillian restaurant) was amazing. If we go back to Play, we will stay here again.

We stayed for a week and loved the breakfast options, service was always great, the spa was nice (30 minutes included every day). Their massage options were very affordable and very professional. I recommend this hotel. The pictures reflect it exactly as it is.

Lovely people - great staff. Real bad problems with getting hot water (takes 10 minutes easily), and the daily hydrotherapy we paid for in our packages were sold out for half the days we were there. Nice buffet. Further from the beach than it seems on the map.

It felt like an oasis with the beautifully landscaped grounds. The room was very quiet and the mattress was wonderful. The shower water was lukewarm but was told that it’s normal for that area because of the hot weather. The robes were a nice luxury to have and the seating area immediately outside our room Ali g with the hammock was very pleasant! The staff was on top of things and showed professionalism.
