The hotel itself was great, and the staff was wonderful. However, the parking lot appeared to have a large number of homeless individuals staying there, which made the experience less comfortable. We also received a parking ticket on our last night, despite providing our license plate number to the front desk upon check-in. We were told the ticket should be cleared, but it was unclear why it was issued in the first place.
