This place is a great deal - simple, clean rooms, safe, and in a good central location for much of the LA area. It's definitely a budget hotel but for that range it is on the cleaner side and it was well worth it.
The video front desk thing is a little strange but actually pretty efficient.
The free coffee machine was pretty decent as well in a pinch.
The only negative was that parking was paid (standard in LA) and then when a friend wanted to visit it cost even more, even for just a couple of hours.

Rooms are a bit dated, & could do with decor update. Be aware if you’re on the ground floor….you will hear the noises from the above floors! The ceilings & walls are very thin, so you will be able to hear noise! Not a good at all! I had to request a room change due to the noise! But overall stay was okay.
