The room is smaller than expected but we soon get use to it. The bathroom is so tiny and it's like a hurdle course going into the bathroom and into the bathtub. Amenities are placed at the lobby so you can choose what you need during your stay... this is good as it reduces wastage. Breakfast spread is good and generous and it is always crowded no matter what time you go. Overall it is a good 5 night stay.

Great location near the station. Check in was not as friendly as other hotels in Japan, partly due to the use of tablets and a self checkin style approach . Reception was very unhelpful with organising our luggage to be delivered to our next hotel, providing only the bare essential information and we had to fill out the Japanese form ourselves and contact the recieving hotel ourselves which was poor compared to other hotels later on our trip. Also the room was tiny. Not recommended

The food was great, the room was nice and the facilities amazing. The Japanese staff were so nice and helpful but the reason for is less star is the lady at the front desk who was not Japanese was quite rude. Other than that this stay would have been 5 stars all round.
