We had such a wonderful stay! The indoor and outdoor waterparks were the perfect setup for our son—he could have spent the entire trip in the water and had an absolute blast! Having both options was especially nice, and there was plenty to keep him entertained. The hotel’s location was super convenient, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. After a full day of swimming and exploring, coming back to a clean, roomy space and a comfortable bed was exactly what we needed. Overall, it was a great family-friendly stay, and we would absolutely come back!

Location was great, staff friendly and clean room. I gave the rating 3 stars because the beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a sleeper sofa. And the bed linens were terrible. Just not a good sleeping experience, although everything was very clean. Also, the cleaning crew decided to run the vacuum at 11:00 at night down the hallway. Why?

Would be a 5 star but we felt the staff was a little bit inpatient when it came to the activities, somewhat made us feel like we were bothering them which should have not been the case, Also the WiFi in the 3rd building didn’t work. What a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and professional, the room was beyond my expectations. Comfortable and roomy, clean, well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, etc. Everything anyone would need for cooking, eating etc! The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by the grandkids daily. Adults loved the pool as well as the hottub. Very convenient location. Close to tons of restaurants, places to shop, things to see and do. Very close to the Island. Will definitely stay there again!!

Excellent stay, clean room and awesome amenities. Only complaint is we got there early to enjoy the Waterpark which was great but at 3 we were told our room wasnt ready and should be about 15min. So we got all our luggage and things ready and was waiting on a call outside our building for well over a hour. Got comped late checkout for 11a.m. lol
