Beautiful hotel with inspiring architecture, plenty of space, a shady private balcony with lots of plants, very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, a wonderful rooftop area to relax, lovely pool, excellent service, grear location. Everything is amazing. I have stayed many times and I love it. Any Viadora properties are amazing. But I don’t appreciate having staff that is not Mexican. Mexico has the best service ever, other nationalities have an edge and are not as helpful and friendly.

Can't say enough good things about this property. It's worth it to spend the extra bucks to stay here while in Mexico City. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, safe, and quiet (thick walls!). The neighborhood is very walkable - everything you could want is a short distance away, from food to coffee to groceries. The gym is very nice and we had it to ourselves every time. The street its on is not very busy so its a good spot to call an Uber. It's a perfect central hub for exploring Mexico City.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Roma Norte CDMX. We stayed on the top floor with an incredible view of the city. The room was equipped with a kitchen, living room, gorgeous balcony and a huge bathroom. Total luxury!!! The staff was very friendly and professional. We were close to restaurants and cafe.
