We were pleasantly surprised about the size of our room in the cleanliness of it. It was very spacious with two TVs and a separate living area. The pool was large and it had a very nice Jacuzzi as well. I also want to mention the customer service team that checked us in was absolutely amazing. I believe his name was Fernando. We enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and the things we were looking to do during our trip. We will definitely be staying here again…. Hopefully soon! Thank you to the Hilton Garden Inn team!!

The room was amazing clean and the pool was very nice and peaceful, the only thing i can say bad was the girl in the morning in the breakfast area was very rude and had a nasty attitude on her, like she didn't like her job, she was not friendly at all other then that everyone else very nice and the guy who checked me in was very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. It has everything you need. The only issue I had was the cable on one of the EV chargers was bent and didn’t work right so I had to unplug and use another one. Other than that, everything was cool.

Pretty nice hotel located conveniently to shops and restaurants and close enough to the big resorts where business took me during my stay. The staff was very friendly when I arrived a little earlier than check in time and they called me when my room was ready. Breakfast was available daily for an extra charge but I did not partake. My room was good and the AC worked well during an extra warm weekend in Palm Springs. I did not like how much of exterior halls were very warm and the inside of the elevators. I hope that they are correcting that. Overall, a very good stay and helpful staff. I will consider booking again here on my next trip to Rancho Mirage.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Air conditioner worked well which is a bonus during summer. Hotel needs some help as things seem to be falling apart. Hallway carpet is worn and torn and the pool, although clean, had many chunks of plaster missing. The shower water never really got hot. Always seemed to be just warm. Had breakfast one morning which was a buffet. Not the best for $16. Food was cold and pastries seemed old.
