Everyone has been so friendly, always smiling, and more than willing to help with anything we needed. A favorite for when we come to KC. Love the different themes and rooms. Property is starting to age, but front desk staff said they were remodeling (and we could hear it during the day). Wish more was included for the price point (a king sized bed would be nice!) Staff was super nice and the area is safe and away from the noise of the shopping area.
