This hotel is very run down, property is not maintained well. Hot tub didn’t work the entire eeek. WiFi didn’t work all week. Elevators were absolutely disgusting. Overflow parking was horrible; in a dirty, unlit lot across the street. Beachcomber needs a major overhaul. Couldn’t be on the balcony due to neighbors on both sides smoking pot. Will never go back and do NOT recommend. Sad that the property owners have not kept up with it updated/cleaned/maintained this property. Two positives… The staff were all nice, and the food at the tiki bar was good.

Initial hiccup with the room at check in but the manager on duty was excellent and got it rectified immediately. All staff was very friendly and accomodating. Location was excellent and met my needs. Property did have a broken elevator and the hot tub only had one jet working.The view was great and I enjoyed the time spent by the pool and beach. The hotel offers a small beverage station with lemon water, coffee and tea through out the day. Maybe at some point a breakfast can be added. But being on the beach is obviously a plus. Overall, I would stay again.
