I had a great stay! The location was fantastic and super convenient. The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming; I would most certainly return. The only downside - resort fees. I understand they’re necessary, they’re just a bummer considering what you already pay. But, the hotel was really cool, probably the best I’ve stayed at in New York.

Really clean room and totally sound proofed! Slept so so well! The staff I met were very helpful. Great location. The pity for me was the pool, which was my reason for booking the hotel. It’s a lot smaller than it looks and was so busy I couldn’t get in it!

The hotel was easy to get in and out of if you are concerned about accessibility. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was always so nice and helpful. The room was small (as you expect in NYC), but the space was used perfectly. It was nicely decorated, smelled good. Had great windows and a wonderful bathroom and shower. We works for sure stay here again!
